Celebrating Mashudu & his achievements

Mashudu joined Transnet as a bursary student in 1997 and has since gained

extensive experience in various departments at Transnet Freight Rail,

Technical, Rail Logistics and Projects environment over the past 23 years. He

has been part of various efficiency or Continuous Improvement initiatives in

the organization from the Coal Export Line 81mt Improvement Project,

Mineral Mining volume ramp up and cycle time improvements, Manganese

65 Wagon Trains implementation to Durban West (BMA)

(Python), Manganese Ramp up to Port Elizabeth, 75 Wagon Trains on the

Natcor (Anaconda), Eskom Volume Improvement, Maputo Coal volume

improvement, RBTG and MPT GF Coal volume and Cycle time Improvement

and Natcor Optimization project. Mashudu has led Teams for a period of

more than 18 years in various management and Leadership role and has

travelled and worked in most critical nodes of the rail logistics business.
